A hunt is considered booked when we receive a deposit from the hunter. We do this on a first come,first serve basis. A minimum deposit of $1ooo.oo is required to book a hunt. After the hunt is booked you have 60 days to bring your hunt up to 50% payed. The remaining balance is due on the hunt before your hunt begins. Anyone waiting to pay their final installment until the time of the hunt must pay in cash, cashier's check, or money order. No personal checks will be accepted at the time of the hunt.
| | Many of our hunts book 2-3 years in advance. In these cases we require a $1000.00 deposit. We do not ask for more until the year that you are going on the hunt. We also wait until you have obtained the proper license before asking for more money down on the hunt. I strongly suggest those with time preferences or any other preferences to book early to allow the outfitter a reasonable time to fit those needs and accommodations. | |
